The SAME NoVA and DC Posts continue to participate in the Leadership & Mentoring Program. Under the guidance of Ed Chamberlayne, Philios Angelides, Bree Beal, Alison Ryscavage they organized monthly sessions highlighting leadership lessons learned from SAME Fellows and other senior leaders from the A/E/C industry.
It is our distinct honor to invite our SAME Members to attend this graduation dinner to meet our graduating class and to continue support to this program into 2024!

Executive Officer for the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army at the Pentagon, former Commander and District Engineer of the Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. With over 25 years of experience in leading military and civil works projects, both in the U.S. and abroad, Colonel Geary brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, sharing insights with our graduating class and SAME members at this special graduation event.
