SAME’s DEI Sub-Committee is actively pursuing impactful goals as part of the DEI Action Plan:
- Grow DEI Knowledge and Understanding through training, education, communication and sharing best practices
- Establish and Sustain membership management practices that enhance the achievement of the SAME diversity, equity and inclusion executive statement
- Enhance Programs Impact by a review all major SAME programs to determine the best opportunities to help shape the A/E/C industry’s diversity, equity, and inclusion
