Message from the President
Greetings from the Emerald Coast Post of the Society of American Military Engineers. Located in northwest Florida, our Post’s membership of military, civil service and contractor professionals share the SAME values of Integrity, Patriotism Public Service, National Security, Technical Competence, Excellence, and Environmental Stewardship.
More importantly, we are committed to supporting the National SAME mission of promoting engineering support for national security. Our Post strives to be the premier engineering organization leading the professional and personal growth of all members. Toward that end, we are constantly striving to improve opportunities for professional and personal growth so we are all better prepared to support the military readiness and security challenges facing Northwest Florida and our Nation.
We meet monthly and are always looking for new members that support our goals, promote our values, and help us grow as a Post and Society. We also strive to invest in the future of our professions by encouraging interested students to pursue Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education opportunities and careers.
