The program is a unique opportunity for Young Members, Junior Officers, and NCOs to be mentored by SAME Fellows and senior leaders from government and private sector while developing their leadership skills through focused educational sessions.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to SAME Young Members (Under the age of 40) as of January 1, 2025
ie, must be a Young Member for the duration of the program.
TUITION
- $500 for industry participants
- $300 for Small Business industry participants
- Complimentary for full-time government participants
