In conjunction with the Waltham Land Trust, the SAME Boston Post is glad to partake in the 25th annual Charles River Earth Day Cleanup on Saturday, April 20 from 10:00am to noon.
We’ll meet at 10:00am along the Charles River Greenway behind 123 Moody Street in Waltham. This is always a very fun and rewarding experience, helping to clean up and preserve the Charles River, the crown jewel of the Boston area, for generations to come.
There is no registration fee, but we ask that you please register ahead of time to give us an idea of how much equipment we will need. Gloves, bags, and supplies will be provided, but please be sure to wear long pants and boots or shoes suitable for walking around the banks of, or even in, a river. Oh, and let’s grab a drink after to catch up at the Mighty Squirrel Brewing Co!
