Presentation Title: Fostering Effective Relationships Across the Construction Project Delivery Life Cycle

Mr. Parker will give an interactive overview of the US Army Corp of Engineer’s Command Philosophy (Communication, Commitment, and Collaboration) for building enduring relationships. He is going to discuss specific ongoing initiatives supporting this Philosophy and associated resources available. There will be time during and following the presentation for discussion.

About the Speaker:

Mr. Parker is on a detail with USACE Headquarters supporting the Chief of Construction on the USACE Relationships and Partnering Initiatives. Before his HQ assignment, Mr. Parker was a Construction Area Engineer for Omaha District leading construction projects in the Front Range of Colorado and Wyoming.

Prior to working with USACE, Mr. Parker led a design team for an A/E firm. Mr. Parker started his career with NAVFAC Washington supporting shore-side environmental cleanups efforts in the mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. Parker is an Environmental Engineer by training and a licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado and Virginia. He lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife, son, daughter, and two Ragdoll Cats.
