Col USAF (Ret) As the Deputy Commander of the 51st Mission Support Group at Osan AB, Mr. Hannum was responsible for all non-medical aspects of the COVID-19 pandemic response. This included facilities support, lodging and feeding of quarantined personnel, transportation, cleaning teams, and contact tracing. Despite (or because of) this crisis response, they were able to fast-track several long-term initiatives, including the divestment of 18 dormitories, literally changing the landscape of Osan and preparing for future growth.
