The field of counter-UAS and counter-counter-UAS is rapidly evolving, with continuous innovations on both sides. This technological arms race has significant implications for military operations, law enforcement, critical infrastructure protection, and privacy concerns. As drone technology becomes more accessible and sophisticated, the importance of effective counter-UAS measures grows, prompting ongoing research and development in this dynamic field.
Counter-UAS (C-UAS) technologies have emerged as a critical component in modern defense and security systems, designed to combat the growing threat posed by unauthorized or hostile unmanned aerial systems (UAS), commonly known as drones. Come hear Mr. Darryl Jenkins, Professor Emeritus, Author and Aviation SME, present on Drone Detection Systems, Tracking and Identification, Interdiction Methods, Counter-Counter-UAS Technologies (countermeasures employed by drone manufacturers and operators to evade detection and interdiction), Stealth Technologies, Communication Enhancements, Navigation Improvements, and Swarm Intelligence.
