Omaha Post Veteran Outreach: Supporting the 50 Mile March Foundation

The Omaha Post is proud to support local veterans through our ongoing Veteran Outreach programs. This year, we’re focusing on the incredible work of the 50 Mile March Foundation!

What is the 50 Mile March Foundation?

The 50 Mile March Foundation empowers Veterans facing mental health challenges and homelessness by fostering a community of hope and relentless support.

We encourage you to take a moment the video below that shares more about our mission and the “why” behind the 50 Mile March.

Our Post will be supporting this effort by getting the word out about their great work and the 50 Mile March planned for August 24-25, 2024.  You can support the campaign as part of the Omaha Post at any time by clicking here; please feel free to share it with others as well.

This year there is a need for over 100 volunteers over August 24-25, 2024 to help successfully execute the 50 Mile March and manage the landing site.  Your time and talent are so appreciated.  Please click here to indicate your interest in supporting the 50 Mile March this year.  This form is not a guarantee of volunteer assignment as some roles are limited, but will help the organization in building their volunteer force.
