Ruth A. Lesser has 30 years of experience providing proposal development and capture planning expertise for engineering, remediation, and construction firms. She led the development/ implementation of capture plans, including analysis of customer needs, competitors, teaming, and strategy. She has facilitated strategy sessions with capture teams to establish and articulate clear branding messages for capture efforts, documents and presentations. She collaborated with business development professionals, subcontractor personnel, and subject matter experts to develop persuasive technical proposals for government bids. She has provided services that encompass researching, writing, editing, and producing proposal responses to client RFPs. She ensured compliance with all client Request for Proposal (RFP) and contractual requirements. She has overseen critical opportunities for key clients including USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC, EPA and other Federal clients.
