Join this informative webinar on the USACE Galveston District Civil Works Portfolio from both a design and construction perspective. The presenter will lead a discussion focusing on collaborative delivery methodology and ways the district seeks to increase efficiency in their delivery capabilities through this collaborative approach while leveraging additional Industry/Government Engagement.

Projects that have utilized early contractor involvement (IDAC), and ways the district can take advantage of this process will be discussed. Additionally, we will consider avenues for industry to best support the district in meeting their baseline mission functions as their infrastructure portfolio continues to expand and evolve.
