There’s just a few days left! If you are interested in participating in the Leader Development Program, submit your application by December 1.
The SAME Leader Development Program serves to identify and cultivate talent from within the Society’s membership to develop leaders for the future of the A/E/C profession. It encourages the growth and enrichment of the next generation of military, government, and industry leaders through a curriculum of hands-on training, study, and active engagement in new opportunities. All individuals also will complete an independent or collaborative utilization project that must be focused on a key need or interest-area of SAME or the A/E/C profession.
The Leader Development Program is a year-long commitment, which runs from JETC in May to the following JETC a year later.

Academy of Fellows to Invest 22 New Members in 2025
The SAME Academy of Fellows has selected the new members who will be invested in the Fellows Class of 2025, during the 2025 Fellows Investiture, which will be held at JETC in Louisville, KY., May 13-15.
