Rhein-Main Scholarship Fundraiser Golf Outing

Despite the rainy weather, 10 teams and 37 golfers turned up at this years Golf Fundraiser. This year’s theme was NATO, with each team dressing to represent a member of the alliance.

Proceeds from the event fund the Rhein Main Post’s support of Scholarships awarded to local High School students graduating and intending to study STEM fields in University, as well as STEM programs in the local community. This year’s Scholarships were awarded to:

  • Audrey Garrison, a Wiesbaden HS graduate who will be attending Hesston College. She plans to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Kevin Lee, a Stuttgart HS graduate who will attend Texas A&M University to study engineering.
  • Aiden Heumphreus, a Stuttgart HS graduate who will attend the University of Texas in Austin and pursue a degree in Aerospace Engineering.

Audrey Garrison was presented the award in person at the event by Post President Brian Osborn and Brita Ayers.
