About Meetings
The San Antonio Post Board of Direction meets monthly except for December. The meeting is typically held on the last Thursday of the month from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm (central time). The meetings are generally held virtually to avoid travel by Board members, but has in some case been held in-person or in hybrid format (combined virtual and in-person event). We recognize that Board members have work commitments that may preclude their participation at the meeting(s), but all Board members are expected to attend at least three (3) meetings per year. Post members are welcome to attend Board meetings; if interested, please email samesatx@gmail.com prior to the meeting.
